Primarily Inspired by landscape and the world around her, Carole Ann Hall’s paintings are richly coloured, highly textured, joyous and expressive.

 

Focusing on achieving atmosphere she uses a spontaneous, naïve painting style, using layering with textures and collage to provide structure and interest. Recently she has developed a small ceramic range, building on and incorporating the themes and styles of her 2d work.
